New Horizons
I love starting a new book. It's like starting out on a new adventure not knowing where it will take you but believing that it will leave you somewhere better off than where you left. I have just started reading "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell and I am so excited to see what new horizons open up to me.

A Spark...
As a designer I find myself constantly finding a spark of inspiration in the most random of things. My photographs reflect the initial spark of inspiration, the flash of joy I experience when first, these thoughts, come into my being. Like creative sparks they are not an end in themselves but the match the sets the fire that will blaze through my imagination until through the extreme heat of creative labor it is refined into a piece of art.

A sweet perfume . . . .
I have been having the worst couple of months in my personally life and at work, wondering why I have my job and why I can't get a better job, today was perticularly bad.
I went for a walk today in the pouring rain, listening to 'Salvation is here' - Hillsongs, when a big huge whiff of wild roses engulfed me while in the song it says:
'And I know my God saves the day and I know His word never fails
And I know my God made a way for me
Salvation is here'
. . . . God was showing me that even in the little things he takes delight . . . . .
