Creu Gwir Fel Gwydr O Ffwrnais Awen
This is the welsh inscription on the Wales Millenium Centre. The other side has it in English and it reads "In These Stones Horizons Sing". I love the poetry in this and the depth of meaning in it. If we are the living stones of the church then a horizon of hope should surely sing within is.
My iPod nano case made by my wife
back in May, I got an iPod Nano (Red). While the iPod is great, I love the case my wife made to go with it.
(happy to take orders!)
One day ends...
This day is about to end. Everything has been done that can be - there's no time left to do anything more in this day. But in less than 60 seconds a fresh new day will begin. May it be one of hope, healing, joy, laughter, friendship, learning, fun. I hope that the next time you see 23:59 you can see the great stuff that God has done with you in the day that's about to end.

Day For Tea
Sometimes its just a day for 'needing' Tea in whatever guise!
FYI I will NEVER use Alton Towers cup for tea (or any other beverage)
It just represents how much tea I feel I need!!

Herb & Ellie's - Cardiff Bay
This is a fantastic little coffee shop in Mermaid Quay, Cardiff, not far from our flat. The great thing about this place is that everything is made from local ingredients from around South Wales. They do a fantastic range of paninis and soups and bakes (and much more) that are all made on premises from ingedients found within a 20 mile radius (a great way to support your local community). Taste simply divine. The atmosphere in there is fantastic. A great place to meet friends, discuss ideas and enjoy good food. And that for me is a major hint of bergamot to add to any day! Thats is also Mrs @Joy_Inc at the Counter :-)
Sliding (sepia)
